Over the last five years we have carried out hundreds of thousands of water meter reads and surveys in the south of England. We can provide our services on a short-term basis, as and when required, enabling us to assist Utilities during seasonal peaks in their workload when surveying resources may be particularly stretched.

Meter Reading

We manually read domestic, commercial and industrial meters for Utility Companies nationwide. We provide cyclic and rapid-response reads as and when required and also have an excellent success rate at obtaining off-cycle reads to 'difficult' meters where access or location notes are a problem.

We can utilise your existing systems and technology to ensure complete integration of data or can tailor our own collection and data-transfer system to your requirements. All Meter readers are fully-trained and experienced.

Pre-installation surveys

We can substantially reduce your installation costs and abortive visits through the provision of detailed pre-installation surveys. This can include an assessment of any special customer requirements, a viability/cost assessment, a proposed installation type/location and notes & instructions for the installation team.

Meter Detail Queries

We can improve the quality of data on your system by investigating and solving meter detail queries. We carry out a full survey in order to collect full customer and meter details and precise location notes and test the meter is operating correctly. We can exchange meters where required.
