In conjunction with
our clients, we have developed a unique system for assessing, scoring
and benchmarking Streetworks Quality at all stages of the works. The
system has been endorsed by industry leaders and has a proven track-record
of success.
We
can assign common standards in line with your policies and measure against
those standards using our extensively developed scoring criteria. The
main items of assessment can be weighted according to your priorities
and will usually include:

- Assessment
Our assessments
are usually conducted on a random basis with no prior notification given.
Inspectors' operate as "independent observers" and will not
instruct gangs or undermine the authority of your supervisors in any
way, unless you specifically request us to do so. All inspectors are
NRSWA qualified, fully trained in all project procedures, have an in-depth
knowledge of all technical aspects of the scheme and benefit from the
experience of operating the scheme on behalf of major utility companies.
Reporting
Our reporting will
provide clear visibility and enable you to accurately monitor progress
through time. Weaknesses will be identified and problem areas/contractors/gangs
will be highlighted. Dangerous practices can be immediately notified
by telephone, comprehensive reports can be regularly produced and a
database and 'league table' of gangs/contractors etc. can be maintained.
All information and photos can be made available electronically and
hosted on a secure web site if required.
